Why This Site
Built Around What Goes Wrong
Risk first
Margin calls, drawdown, slippage and overfitting are where bots fail. Every guide starts there, not with a promise.
Real tests
Backtests on real price data, with spread and fees included, split into a build period and a later exam period.
Education only
No signals, no copy trading, no profit promises and no advice. You make your own decisions with better numbers.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this financial advice?
No. It is general information and education. It does not consider your goals, money or situation, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Do you sell trading bots or signals?
Not today. The first job is free tools and honest guides. Tested open source bots may be listed later, free to download, and anything sold would say plainly what it costs and what it cannot do.
Are the results real?
Figures will come from backtests we ran on real price data, with the dates, costs and settings shown. A backtest is hypothetical and does not predict what a live account will do.
Why test a bot before running it?
Many bots look good until the market does something they were not tuned for. Testing, sizing and a demo run show the worst case while it still costs nothing.
Does it cost anything?
The calculators and guides are free and need no account.
When do the tools open?
The first set is open: expected value, margin, position size, martingale, grid and risk of ruin calculators, with more being added. The tools page lists every one.
